Do I need to know anything about web design?
Not at all. Circle Jay is designed to be done for you. We handle the design, development, and technical setup.
Can I see my website before paying?
Yes. You can preview your website before committing to a subscription.
How much does it cost?
Our proposed standard website plan starts at $20/month or $199/year, with no upfront design fee.
What’s included?
Your subscription includes professional website design, hosting, SSL security, mobile-friendly layouts, contact forms, basic search-engine setup, domain connection, and ongoing technical maintenance.
Can I use my existing domain name?
Yes. You can keep ownership of your existing domain and connect it to your Circle Jay website.
What if I don’t have a domain?
You can purchase one through a domain registrar. We’ll help you connect it to your website.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Circle Jay websites are designed to work across phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
Will my website appear on Google?
We build websites with search-friendly foundations, including appropriate page structures and metadata. Search rankings and indexing are ultimately determined by search engines, so specific results aren’t guaranteed.
Can customers contact me through my website?
Yes. Your website can include contact forms, phone links, and other straightforward ways for customers to get in touch.
Can I request changes to my website?
You’ll have an opportunity to review your website and confirm its details before launch. The scope and pricing of ongoing content changes will be explained in your plan.
What happens after my website launches?
Circle Jay continues to provide hosting, security, and technical maintenance for your website while your subscription is active.
Can I add features later?
Our longer-term plans include optional features such as online booking, AI-powered assistance, and lead management. These will be offered as they become available.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel according to your subscription terms. Before launch, we’ll clearly explain what happens to your website and domain if you cancel, including any available content export or migration options.
How long does it take to launch?
Launch timing depends on the complexity of your website, the information required, and your domain setup. We’ll communicate the expected timeline before you commit.
